Pool Construction

From scratch, one with the architecture.

For villas across İzmir — including Çeşme, Alaçatı, Ilıca, Seferihisar, Karaburun and Urla — pools designed by reading the land, the house and the light and built on a concrete or gunite shell to last a lifetime, from infinity pools to classic forms.

From scratch, one with the architecture.
What we build

Every form, one standard.

01

Infinity edge

Overflow details where the water meets the horizon and draws in the view.

02

Gunite & concrete

A strong, long-lasting sprayed-concrete shell that takes any form.

03

Ceramic & glass mosaic

Hand-laid finishes that decide the colour of the water.

04

Smart systems

Filtration, heating, lighting and automation, invisibly integrated.

How we work

From an idea to life's most treasured space.

  1. 01

    Design

Site survey, 3D design and engineering. The pool becomes one with the architecture.

  2. 02

    Build

A site run with mastery; every stage transparent, every detail recorded.

  3. 03

    Handover

Commissioning, handover, and then a lifetime maintenance guarantee.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

How long does building a pool in Çeşme or Alaçatı take?

It depends on the pool's size, form and ground conditions. A standard villa pool is usually completed in 8–14 weeks after design approval. Projects with an infinity edge, a movable floor or complex automation take longer. We give you a clear schedule once the site survey is done.

What is an infinity pool and which sites suit it?

An infinity pool is one where the water spills invisibly over an edge and appears to merge with the horizon. It works best on sloped sites overlooking the sea or a valley. The overflowing water is collected in a balance tank below and continuously circulated, so it needs precise levelling and engineering.

What is the difference between a gunite (sprayed concrete) pool and a fibreglass/prefabricated one?

A gunite pool is built on site by spraying concrete over steel reinforcement; it can take any shape or size, lasts for decades and sits fully on the ground. Fibreglass/prefabricated pools are pre-moulded and limited in size. For durability and design freedom we build with gunite and reinforced concrete.

Do you need a permit to build a pool in İzmir?

Depending on the municipality and zoning status, a permit or notification may be required. We know the processes in Çeşme, Alaçatı and the surrounding districts, prepare the project in line with the relevant regulations and guide you through the paperwork and engineering calculations.

What determines the cost of a pool?

Cost is driven mostly by the pool's size and depth, the overflow type (infinity, deck-level, skimmer), the finish (ceramic, glass mosaic, travertine), ground conditions and the heating and automation equipment. After the site survey we provide a transparent, itemised quote.

Can a pool be built on a sloped or view site?

Yes. Sloped sites often give the strongest results for infinity edges and terraced pools. With soil surveys, retaining and engineering solutions we turn the slope into an advantage rather than a constraint.
